Through thoughtful conversation and structured reflection, clients begin to see their choices more clearly and trust their own intuition when navigating decisions or life transitions.

Lightyear coaching emphasizes that we are not limited to ultimatums — we always have choices. By recognizing those choices, individuals are able to move from reaction to intention and begin shaping what comes next with greater clarity.

Each conversation is individualized. My role is to provide perspective, structure, and thoughtful inquiry while honoring the intuition, rhythm, and unique path of the person I’m working with.
